Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the vap555 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and vap555. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside and should be read together with vap555's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on vap555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. vap555 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all markets, including Indonesia. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
3. You must be the authorised holder of any payment method used to deposit funds into your Account.
4. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on vap555 or any affiliated platform.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of vap555 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment partners.
6. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. vap555 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on vap555. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. vap555 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vap555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Closure

vap555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or failure to complete KYC verification. Where an Account is closed due to breach, any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

vap555 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Before processing your first withdrawal — and periodically during your account lifecycle — we may require you to submit identity and address verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

5.1 Documents Typically Required

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits, confirming that the payment method is registered in your name.

5.2 Processing Time

vap555 aims to complete KYC reviews within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving a complete document set. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where we deem it necessary to satisfy our compliance obligations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

vap555 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vap555 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the Account holder and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within ten (10) minutes to two (2) hours under normal operating conditions, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable pending wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds.
• The withdrawal destination is a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your verified Account details.
• There are no outstanding compliance, fraud, or security reviews on your Account.

vap555 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages and are subject to change at vap555's discretion. Players are advised to check current limits before initiating any transaction.

6.4 Fees

vap555 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which vap555 accepts no responsibility.

6.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless otherwise specified. vap555 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

vap555 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence over this general clause.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are detailed in each promotion's specific terms page. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

vap555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent, and colluding with other players on bonus-eligible wagers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus Funds voided and their Account reviewed for potential suspension.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonuses

Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. If a Player requests a withdrawal while Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements are outstanding, vap555 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings prior to processing the withdrawal of the remaining Real Money balance.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on vap555 — including pre-match, in-play, mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are subject to the sporting rules published on the Platform. vap555 reserves the right to void bets affected by manifest pricing errors, system malfunctions, or events where the outcome was known at the time of wagering.

8.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming. The rules applicable to each live game are displayed within the game interface. vap555 accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by the third-party provider's infrastructure.

8.3 Togel

8.5 Void Bets & Refunds

A bet or wager will be voided, and the stake refunded to the Player's Real Money balance, only in circumstances explicitly provided for in the applicable game or sport rules (e.g., a match abandoned before the minimum playing time, a technical fault mid-game). Winning bets already settled and credited will not be reversed except where settlement resulted from a manifest error.

Responsible Gaming

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit, documented consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or use of criminally derived funds.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by vap555.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting known software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts or using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its underlying technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vap555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of vap555 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of vap555.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vap555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, vap555 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, or internet connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party banking or e-wallet providers.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account closure or balance forfeiture following a breach.
• Any damage to your device, data loss, or security breach arising from your use of the Platform where such damage is not directly caused by vap555's gross negligence.

Where vap555's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vap555 holds its international operating licence. vap555 operates under international licensing and regulation; specific jurisdictional details are available upon written request to our compliance team.

Nothing in this clause limits vap555's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms. Each party irrevocably agrees that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to confidential binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
